SBVC - Yolanda Moses Scholarship

Dr. Moses, the first woman to be named president of the City College of New York, was a member of SBVC’s class of 1966 and was inducted into the SBVC Alumni Hall of Fame. She is a professor of anthropology and a nationally recognized expert on cultural diversity. Moses serves as vice provost for Conflict Resolution and the special assistant to the chancellor for Excellence and Diversity at UC Riverside. This scholarship is for social science majors with a 3.0 grade point average or higher who are driven to complete their education.
