SBVC - Oscar and Beatriz Valdez Scholarship

Oscar and Beatriz both attended a community college before transferring to CSUSB. They both came from immigrant families and had the opportunity to get a higher education due to scholarships, financial aid, military benefits, etc. They would like to provide some of the same opportunities to other individuals. Oscar and Beatriz hope that their small contribution makes a difference to someone’s life. This scholarship is intended for students majoring in accounting with an intent to transfer to a four year university.
