SBVC - Donna Watkins Memorial

Donna Lynn Watkins, the daughter of Spencer and Eleanora Watkins, died from injuries sustained in a car accident. She graduated from Eisenhower High School in Rialto and San Bernardino Valley College in 1973. Spencer Watkins served on the Valley College faculty since 1976 in the physical education division. This scholarship is awarded to a student with a liberal arts major who has completed 12 or more units at SBVC with a 2.50 or higher grade point average.
