SBVC - Don & Carol Averill Career & Technical Education Scholarship

Dr. Donald F. Averill spent over 40 years in higher education, most of it promoting career and technical education. He served as Chancellor of the San Bernardino Community College District from 2000-2008. The student must be enrolled in any of SBVC’s technical education disciplines in a Certificate Program as a freshman or sophomore with a minimum 2.0 grade point average or higher.
