Community Foundation Scholarship – The Community Foundation is a non-profit, philanthropic organization that manages the permanent endowment funds of Tillie Ayres, William Brooks, Ida Bruce, Charles Brouse, Leon Heseman, and Elizabeth Vermillion. The Foundation’s mission is to enhance the lives of individuals in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Criteria: The recipient must be a permanent resident of Riverside or San Bernardino County; a full-time student; maintain a GPA of 3.0 or 2.75 GPA if enrolled in certificate program; and have a financial need.
