SBVC - Harold Brown Memorial

Harold Brown was a member of the Del Rosa Methodist Church from 1943 to 1999 and lived a life of service to others and his community. He worked for the federal government for 39 years and retired as Director of the Area Branch of the Federal Civil Service Commission. He believed that education enhanced the life and the purpose of a person.
