SBVC - Robert J. Keyes Memorial

Robert J. Keyes was a running back for the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders, a high school teacher and coach, a liaison to minorities; appointed by Governor Ronald Reagan and corporate director of Urban Affairs for Lockheed Aircraft Corporation. Scholarships are available for fulltime students with a 2.75 grade point average or higher. Students must be interested in politics.
