SBVC - Grayce & Harold Confer Memorial

Harold Confer earned a Master of Arts degree in Music and served SBVC as a professor of music, band director, choral director, department head, and Humanities Division chair until his retirement in 1976. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and have completed 12 or more units with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
