SBVC - Evlyn Wilcox Scholarship

Evlyn Wilcox is a former mayor of the City of San Bernardino and was the president of Manpower, Inc., a staffing service agency. Evlyn Wilcox held leadership positions in many community agencies and organizations including the San Bernardino Area Chamber of Commerce, Arrowhead United Way, Volunteer Center, and the Board of the SBVC Foundation. The Wilcox Scholarship is for a first year student majoring in business or preparing for a career in any business field.
