SBVC - Norton Air Force Base Museum Scholarship

The Norton Air Force Base Museum Scholarship was created to provide monetary assistance to veterans who attend San Bernardino Valley College. Army Air Force Captain Leland F. Norton (deceased) was shot down over France in May 1944. The San Bernardino Army Air Field was renamed Norton AFB in his honor. He graduated from San Bernardino High School and attended San Bernardino Valley College for one year.
Awardees should be US military veterans with a GPA of 2.5 or higher, and intend to continue at SBVC the following Fall semester. Awardees should be on track to complete at least 18 units by the end of Spring semester.
