SBVC - Charles Obershaw Scholarship

Mr. Obershaw was a student at San Bernardino Valley College and is a member of the SBVC Alumni Hall of Fame. He is a well-respected and compassionate man who has touched many lives through his benevolence. Mr. Obershaw owned and operated Obershaw Toyota in San Bernardino for many years. He and his wife Shelby have been active in the community serving on school boards, foundation boards, and other community organizations. Mr. Obershaw was awarded an honorary Associate’s Degree by the San Bernardino Community College District Board of Trustees in 2006. The Charles Obershaw scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Automotive, Business, or Entrepreneurship pursuing a certificate or degree in the field. The student must have a 2.0 GPA or higher.
