SBVC - San Bernardino City Confidential Management Association Scholarship

For entering freshman, the recipient should be the child of a parent who works full or part-time for the City of San Bernardino. A grade point average of 2.0 or higher is required. Preference will be given to an applicant who would be the first person in his/her immediate family to attend college.
